As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures delivered by the New York Mercantile Exchange in December rose $2.12 to close at $104.12 per barrel, an increase of 2.08%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures delivered in December rose $2.76 to close at $117.64 per barrel, an increase of 2.4%.
