Bo Shen Co., Ltd.: Proposed to establish a joint venture company and purchase operating assets to carry out thermal insulation pipeline business

August 4, Boshen shares (002282. SZ) announced that the company intends to set up a joint venture company with Shandong Wanchang Shun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with a capital contribution of 140 million yuan and a 70% shareholding.

After the establishment of the joint venture company, it will purchase the operating assets of Wan Changshun and its affiliates in cash, undertake its original production capacity, customers and technical resources, and carry out business related to anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines.
