* ST Exhibitor: Chen Siwei, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, was filed by the SFC on suspicion of breaking the law and regulations

On August 4, * ST Chihua (002731 .SZ) announced that Chen Siwei, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, had recently received the "Notice of Filing" issued by the CSRC. Because of his suspected information disclosure violations, the CSRC decided to file a case against him.

Previously, the company had been filed by the SFC in February and May 2026 respectively for suspected letter disclosure violations and failure to disclose periodic reports as required. At present, the investigation is still ongoing, and the company has not yet received conclusive opinions or decisions on the above-mentioned investigation matters.

If the facts subsequently determined by the administrative penalty of the CSRC touch the prescribed circumstances of mandatory delisting for major violations, the company's shares will be delisted for major violations.
